My workshops take place in small groups (max. 15 people), last between 3-8 hours and are highly interactive. They are packed with hands-on exercises, practical wisdom and opportunties for experiental learning. They also always include a free workbook.
My webinars last between 45-90 min and are focused on sharing knowledge about the science of wellbeing. Although they are generally less interactive than workshops, my webinars always end with q&a sessions to get more personal and dive a bit deeper.
My 1:1 coaching sessions allow us to take a deep dive into your personal story and explore ways to apply the science of wellbeing to it. Naturally, the specific focus of our sessions will be determined by your individual needs and goals.
