This 12-week, on-demand online course helps you heal the relationship with yourself, develop confidence from within, and show up as your authentic self with others.
The course is split into 12 modules. You can work through them over 12 weeks, or take your time and go at your own pace.
There are 15 videos packed with over 7 hours of content. They’ll walk you through the weekly exercises and keep you on track.
You’ll also get a beautiful 123-page workbook. You can print it out or fill it in digitally on your tablet—whatever works best for you.
The course also includes many research-backed exercises each week, including journal prompts and guided meditations.
The course is structured around the four pillars of self-love: self-awareness, self-acceptance, self-allyship, and self-actualization.
You will progress through three cycles of the 4 pillars of self-love during the course, each cycle taking you deeper into your Authentic Confidence journey.
